Location: Bradford and Ilkley based
Salary Range: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm 5 days a week
LCF Residential is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant, we have a vacancy in our Ilkley and Bradford office. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Department and other fee earners in the team, undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department. The role will involve performing all duties and functions to ensure the smooth running of the team and assisting in providing a top-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting contract packs
- Searches and completion statements
- Corresponding with clients, third parties and agents via telephone / written correspondence and, at times, in person.
- General supportive duties as assigned by the fee earners you will be supporting

- Previous experience working in a conveyancing or legal environment
