At LCentral, we’re looking for a Centre Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team, and create a fun, engaging, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the team: Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Student & Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Centre Operations: Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
- Problem Solving & Improvement: Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
- Energetic, warm, and people-oriented — able to motivate staff and engage students.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.
- Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not required.
Work Hours & Commitment
- Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 Weekdays off).
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (both days are weekends compulsory).
