The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Self-employed PA required to support this individual to access the community and increase social involvement. This individual would like support to get out to their local area and further afield to go for walks, visit places such as coffee shops and other local shops. This support will be for 4 hours per week throughout the year.

The PA will also be required to assist with school runs during term times. Five hours per week will be allocated for this support, split into 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon to walk the child to and from school.

Preferred days/times

  • School run support – the PA would need to be at the individual’s home address at 08:20 to support with walking the child to school for 08:40.
  • The PA would need to be at the school for pickup at 15:20 and walk the child home.
  • The time that the 4 hours of social support are provided can be discussed at interview.

Tasks and Duties

  • Accessing the community (going for walks, coffee, accessing shops in town).
  • Getting into groups, getting out and about, and low-level exercise.
  • Support with school runs during term time.

  • Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), which can cause non-epileptic seizures and blackouts.
  • Depression
  • Hypothyroidism
