6 hours of weekly admin support in Burbage

Support required for a 45 year old lady, Monday to Friday, 6 hours per week. Days/times to be discussed on application and interview.

Tasks to include

  • Monitoring/prioritising emails and digital correspondence.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Medical appointments, to organise and potentially attend with the employer.
  • Ordering office supplies.

Also, on occasion to support with light shopping, milk/bread etc and to take letters/parcels to the Post Office.

The employer is looking for a self employed PA who is able to drive their own vehicle.

This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and respectful of others’ privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs.
