Antique lover requires support with daily living.

Preferred schedule

  • Times to be agreed with the appointed PA
  • AM about 7.30am for an hour
  • Lunch time for 30 mins
  • Teatime for 30 mins
  • PM/Bedtime for 30 mins

Responsibilities

  • Moving and repositioning and transferring with a hoist and another carer
  • Personal care
  • Catheter care
  • Changing clothes
  • Changing bedding

Manual Handling

  • Hoist with two carers

Client main diagnosis

  • Multiple Sclerosis

MS symptoms

  • Fatigue
  • Numbness
  • Mobility issues
  • Pain
  • Muscle weakness
