About the role

This opportunity is within the Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) department, where you will drive the implementation of student‑led enhancement activity across all levels of learning. You will support the Fashion Retail Academy (FRA), Education for Industry Training (EFIT) and the London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT) in promoting active student engagement and partnership to inform quality enhancement across EFI Group. Day‑to‑day support for student engagement activities and close collaboration with students and key delivery staff will be core to the role.

About you

Qualifications

  • Educated to Level 4 Diploma or equivalent. Maths and English GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent.

Experience

  • Experience of higher education study at Level 4 or above, or experience working in an educational, student engagement, quality assurance or related environment.
  • Experience building positive working relationships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Expertise

  • Understanding of the importance of student engagement, student representation and student voice within an educational setting.
  • Ability to collate, interpret and present information and data in a clear and accessible format for different audiences.

Skills

  • Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and sound judgement within agreed parameters.

Salary

From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.

Working Days

Full‑time, Monday to Friday. Possibility for occasional work on Saturdays at LCBT.
