London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group) is seeking a Salon Supervisor & Receptionist to join our commercial salon. This role involves delivering an outstanding client experience as the first point of contact for clients, managing reception services, bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day salon operations.
You will work closely with salon and curriculum teams to support the commercial success of the salon and the development of students studying Hair and Beauty programmes. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student success while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for clients, students, and staff.
Qualifications: Minimum Grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in a customer-facing environment as a receptionist, front-of-house coordinator, or salon supervisor, including handling cash, card payments, and daily financial reconciliation.
Expertise: Strong digital literacy with experience using salon booking software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support student learning and assessment activities, or willingness to undertake relevant training.
