Lecturer in Beauty Therapy (Saturday Delivery)
London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT), part of Education for Industry Group (EFI), is located at 3‑5 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX.
The role is available as Permanent, Full‑Time (1 FTE) or Part‑Time (0.5 FTE).
Teaching is delivered across Tuesday to Saturday.

As a Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive.
You will plan and deliver relevant content, provide constructive feedback and support to ensure learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.
You will shape future talent, drive excellence in beauty therapy, and inspire students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, relevant teaching content that integrates practical skills and industry insight.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners develop confidence and competence.
- Strengthen student engagement through dynamic teaching and effective mentorship.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Beauty Therapy course.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 qualification or above in Beauty Therapy.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
- Extensive industry experience in beauty therapy; previous teaching experience desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding current knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas, including massage, body and facial electrical treatments, salon health & safety, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent presentation skills, a confident and engaging communication style, and genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring and inspiring others.

- Salary and hours
For 1 FTE: £30,000‑£35,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will receive a Saturday supplement of £3,000 per annum, paid in equal monthly instalments.
