LCBT – London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group EFI) is seeking passionate and experienced Beauty Therapy professionals to lead and inspire students on our dynamic Beauty Therapy course. As a Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 Qualification or above in Beauty Therapy. Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience: Extensive industry experience in beauty therapy. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential; we welcome professionals looking to transition into education and share their expertise.
  • Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas including massage, body and facial electrical treatments, salon health & safety, and the beauty industry.
  • Passion: Confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills and genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
