Education for Industry Group (Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy) is seeking a Content & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role involves creating and delivering engaging content across our websites, email campaigns, and social media channels, promoting the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy, and our industry-focused services.

Working Hours: Permanent Full-Time: Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday working as business needs require. Any additional hours worked can be taken back as time off in lieu (TOIL).

Responsibilities:

  • Support student recruitment from application through to enrolment.
  • Ensure content is relevant, audience-focused, and aligned with key campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Media, and Applicant Services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related subject.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Experience working in a marketing, content, social media, or communications role.
  • Experience creating and managing content across digital channels.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence in analysing data and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
