Are you a skilled and ambitious individual with excellent sales skills seeking to advance your career? Have you previously worked in an Estate Agency, particularly in Sales? If the answer is yes, please keep reading.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Location: Chingford

Duties include:

  • Registering applicants.
  • Matching properties to Purchasers' needs.
  • Liaising with vendors and purchasers.
  • Facilitating the smooth progression of sales.
  • Coordinating paperwork, legal processes, and communication.
  • Establishing strong relationships with local property owners and investors.
  • Maintaining rapport with existing clients.
