Our clients, an East London-based estate agency, require a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and hardworking team. The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated, and driven with a proven track record.

Operating in a hectic office, they need an estate agent who copes well with pressure and always remains calm and focused. The role will involve dealing with various people, so good customer service skills and an acute awareness of client relationships are essential for success.

Working hours: 8:45 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, every Saturday (with a day off during the week!)

Requirements:

1. Full UK driving licence and own car essential (Use of pool company car when available)

Duties of this exciting role will include:

1. Registering applicants
2. Matching properties to applicants\’ needs

To be considered for the position, you will have the following qualities:

1. 2 years\’ experience as a Sales Negotiator with experience of progressing your own sales
2. Must be well presented
3. Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic
4. A full UK driving licence and owning a car (essential)
5. Multi-lingual preferable but not essential
6. Must live within 30-45 minutes of Ilford (essential)
