Are you a motivated and dynamic individual, with a desire to succeed in the property industry, looking for a great new opportunity within a trusted, experienced Estate Agency?
Do you have a proven successful background in property sales, listing and valuing?
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)
£20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, plus car allowance

- Working for a trustworthy and respected local independent estate agency, covering Epping and the surrounding areas
- Focusing strongly on providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction for all clients
- Working with an expert team of experienced local staff
- Offering the widest selection of homes in Epping as they have grown to be the longest established agent and one of the most successful in the area
- Identifying suitable properties for applicants
- Generating leads and delivering new instructions
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and buyers
- Negotiating and closing deals between vendors and buyers
- Canvassing for new properties
- Carrying out viewings and market appraisals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Efficient problem-solver and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
