Are you an enthusiastic and professional individual, with a passion for the property industry, looking for a great new opportunity within a highly successful Estate Agency?

A minimum of 2 years\’ experience within property sales is essential.

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu every other week)

£20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary

Duties include:

1. Registering applicants
2. Matching properties to applicants\’ needs
3. Negotiating and closing deals
4. Liaising with buyers and landlords
5. Canvassing of new properties

Our clients require:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard
3. High attention to detail
4. Enthusiastic and highly driven
5. Full UK driving licence
