Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Walthamstow & Leyton
Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator. They want someone who is willing to take Estate Agency to the next level, learn, be part of a team, and be rewarded.
PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 pa (depending on experience – 1 year\’s negotiator experience required)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6.00pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm with day off in lieu
PERSONAL CRITERIA:
- Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic
- Drive and determination
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Full UK driving license & must have your own car!
DUTIES:
- Arranging and undertaking viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Liaising with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Canvassing of new properties
