Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for helping others, looking for an administrative role within an established Estate Agency? Do you have experience providing first-class administration support to a team of property professionals?
Location: East London
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6 pm
Salary: £30,000 to 35,000 per annum basic salary depending on experience
NO SATURDAYS!!!
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team when required – taking calls, greeting clients
- Carrying out Property Ownership checks
- Sending terms of business & uploading completed documents
- Dealing with sales memorandums
- Uploading photos to property portals and sending to vendors for approval
- Typing up property descriptions
- Creating rotas for all offices
- Helping with website queries
- Providing general office support to the team
- Providing support and training to the Administration team
- Some HR documentation support
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high standards of work
- Successful property administration experience (at least 2 years)
