Property Valuer

We require individuals with a positive, energetic, and resilient attitude, possessing excellent negotiation,communication and sales skills. 2 Years Residential Sales experience and a full UK driving license are mandatory, with a preference for candidates with some listing experience.

Property Valuer:

Location: East London

Salary: £23,000 basic salary per annum plus £42,000 OTE pa

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm; every other Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm

About the Role:

• Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals.

• Undertake property valuations

• Meet the sales branch targets

• Maintain regular contact with Clients

• Deal with the sale of a property form start to completion

• Building strong relationship with the local community via networking

• Negotiating and Closing deals

• Marketing and advertise properties on the relevant portals

• Supporting the branch manager

To be a Property Valuer, you need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator with some listing experience

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong negotiations skills

• High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

• Pro-active and confident nature

• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure

• Great customer service and a can-do attitude

• Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
