Are you an organised, driven and professional individual, looking for an excellent new Property Manager position within a highly successful, West Essex estate agency?

Do you have a minimum of 1 years\’ current experience as a property manager, with full understanding of the processes and legislations?

Property Manager package:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, NO SATURDAYS!!!

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Loughton, West Essex

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instructing approved contractors
2. Managing a portfolio of 140 properties
3. Acting as liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors
4. Renewing safety certifications and contracts
5. Issuing section notices
6. Organising third party check ins/outs and inventories
7. Handling deposit dispute resolutions

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2. High attention to detail
3. Ability to prioritise a busy workload
4. Great problem-solving skills
5. In-depth understanding of property management processes
6. CFP experience is beneficial
