We are working on an exciting role to join a busy team as their newest Property Inspections Consultant in Upminster.
About the role:
This role will support the team in visiting properties periodically to undertake various inspections from inventories to routine visits and check-outs. Using iPad technology, you will record the condition of the property at that given moment in time, via notes and photographic evidence. Therefore, strong attention to detail is essential. You will also be responsible for updating landlords on the condition of their property either verbally or via email and liaise with our property managers to resolve any maintenance-based issues that may have been raised by the tenants.
Successful candidates will be very well organised and have the ability to liaise effectively face-to-face and by telephone with landlords and tenants.
Working Hours and Salary:
- Monday - Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Full-time salary circa £28,000p/a - £30,000p/a, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses and year-end profit share.
- Realistic OTE £30,000p/a - £32,000p/a.
Previous experience in Residential Lettings is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Previous experience within a customer facing environment is a definite advantage.
