Requirements

To be a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you need:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Ability to prioritise busy workload and work well under pressure
3. High attention to detail and efficient problem-solver
4. Ability to build rapport with clients
5. Enthusiastic and determined nature
6. Must have previous successful experience as a Lettings Negotiator, with strong listing skills
7. Full UK driving licence and your own car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 10am – 4pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, plus car allowance
