Location: Loughton (Must live within a 40-minute max drive to the office)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 Per Annum (depending on hours and work experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Our clients are looking for a Lettings Coordinator/Progressor to join their friendly, busy Property Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up new tenancies per month (approx. 25 plus)
- Liaising with Lettings Negotiators once deposit is secured
- Generating new tenancy contracts
- Arranging any pre-tenancy works required
- Booking the inventory/check-in/check-out
- Dealing with tenants\’ deposits and ensuring they are lodged with the relevant scheme
- Advising utilities of new tenancy and providing new tenancy information
- Ensuring compliance and organising appropriate gas and electric safety certificates where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Helpfulness by nature
- Ability to multitask
- Efficiency with good attention to detail
