Do you have experience as a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Progressor and are looking for a new position? Our client is an established agent in Loughton looking for an organised and experienced Lettings Co-ordinator to join their team!

Location: Loughton (Must live within a 40-minute max drive to the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

1. Referencing tenants
2. Liaising with Lettings Negotiators once the deposit is secured
3. Generating new tenancy contracts
4. Arranging any pre-tenancy works required
5. Booking the inventory/check-in/checkout
6. Dealing with tenants\’ deposits to ensure they are lodged with the relevant scheme
7. Advising utilities of new tenancy and providing new tenancy information
8. Ensuring compliance and organising appropriate Gas and Electric safety certificates where required
9. Chasing arrears

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Intense familiarity with current laws
• FCC Paragon and CFP experience (beneficial)
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A pleasant, confident telephone manner
• Helpfulness by nature
• Ability to multi-task
• Efficiency with good attention to detail
