Do you have experience as a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Progressor and are looking for a new position? Loughton (Must live within a 40-minute max drive to the office).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Our clients are looking for a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Progressor to join their friendly, busy Property Management team. This position is a Maternity Cover role that ends around April, with an excellent opportunity for extension.

Responsibilities:

1. Referencing tenants
2. Liaising with Lettings Negotiators once the deposit is secured
3. Generating new tenancy contracts
4. Arranging any pre-tenancy works required
5. Booking the inventory/check-in/check-out
6. Dealing with tenants\’ deposits and ensuring they are lodged with the relevant scheme
7. Advising utilities of new tenancy and providing new tenancy information
8. Ensuring compliance and organizing appropriate Gas and Electric safety certificates where required
9. Chasing arrears

Ideal Candidate:

1. Intensely familiar with current laws
2. FCC Paragon and CFP experience are beneficial
3. Strong IT and organizational skills
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. A pleasant, confident telephone manner
6. Helpful by nature
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Efficient with good attention to detail
