Our client is looking for a driven, friendly individual to join their team as an Assistant to the Acquisitions Manager/Lease Renewal co-coordinator. This role will involve negotiating lease renewals with existing clients and inspecting properties with the representative from the Local Authority along with the duties detailed below.
Skills Required:
• Property Management/Inventory experience essential
• Experience with CFP or other CRM system
• Good literacy/numeracy skills
• Clean Drivers Licence
• Personable and well presented as the role requires meeting landlords and representatives from Local Authorities
• Good IT skills, including Excel and good communication skills
• Some negotiating skills would help but not essential
• Familiar with Docusign
Duties:
• Negotiate Lease renewals (training will be given)
• Prepare Works Reports
• Carry out Interim inspections
• Carry out full inventory & photos
• Accompany inspectors on visits
• Top up meters
• Collect or cut keys
• Update spreadsheet with enquiries
• Collate certificates and prepare files for submission
• Update systems
• Complete the Ready to Let notifications
• Organise bookings for Void officers
• Update Local Authority ADAM system
• Assist with general office duties
Package:
• Annual Salary £30k+ commission OTE £36- £38k
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Company car available
•Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm with No Weekends!!
