The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties
- Act as a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants, and private clients
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, compliance, and tenancy management
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and professional partners
- Deliver a proactive, high-touch service where attention to detail is essential
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- A strong understanding of lettings, compliance, and property operations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A polished, professional approach with a passion for premium service
- Experience working with high-value properties or private clients would be advantageous
