This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an exclusive portfolio of prime residential properties, build trusted relationships with prestigious clients, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional property experience.
The Role:
✨ Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties
✨ Act as a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants, and private clients
✨ Oversee maintenance, inspections, compliance, and tenancy management
✨ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and professional partners
✨ Deliver a proactive, high-touch service where attention to detail is essential
The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Previous experience in residential property management
✔ A strong understanding of lettings, compliance, and property operations
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management skills
✔ A polished, professional approach with a passion for premium service
✔ Experience working with high-value properties or private clients would be advantageous
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
