LCA Jobs are supporting the search for a Property Manager to join our client's residential lettings team based in Chelmsford. You will handle maintenance queries from private tenants and coordinate with landlords and contractors to progress and resolve issues.
Hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis and a hybrid pattern after probation between home and the Chelmsford Head Office. Comprehensive training is provided.
