Our clients are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative position, has a good understanding of residential lettings, and is looking to develop their career within the property sector. You’ll play an important role in supporting our tenancy team, working closely with branch teams, landlords, and tenants to ensure processes run smoothly and a high level of service is maintained.
This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of office and home working, giving you the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while also enjoying flexibility.
Salary: £26,000-28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Duties:
- Working with Lettings Branch Managers to review and process rent review recommendations
- Managing landlord rent review correspondence and approvals via DocuSign
- Processing landlord instructions and ensuring actions are followed through
- Preparing reports, figures, and supporting information for rent reviews and tribunal cases
- Assisting with rent review tribunal preparation and administration
- Responding to general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Keeping property records accurate and up to date on internal CRM system
- Providing general administrative support to the Tenancy Team
- Updating and managing data between Excel and CRM system
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy notices and related paperwork
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team. You’ll have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude and a professional approach
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
