Assistant Lettings Manager – East London / Essex Location: Havering, East London / Essex Salary: £21,000–£24,000 Basic | £42,000 OTE Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Opportunity LCA Recruitment is working with a well-established and successful estate agency looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join its growing team in the East London / Essex area. The Role Working closely with the Lettings Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, helping to drive business growth, develop landlord relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting valuations, securing new instructions and negotiating offers while supporting the wider lettings team in achieving its targets. What We're Looking For We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded individual with at least four years' experience in residential lettings. You may currently be working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Valuer or Assistant Lettings Manager and be ready for your next career move. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience winning new instructions, excellent knowledge of the lettings market and the confidence to build lasting relationships with landlords and applicants. A full UK driving licence is essential. Salary & Benefits * Basic salary of £21,000–£24,000. * On-target earnings of approximately £42,000. * Company car or car allowance. * Commission, bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities. * Ongoing training and career progression. * Five-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota.
