A respected and forward-thinking multi-office private practice law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Property Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and growing Property team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) who is looking for long-term progression within a supportive, modern practice. Flexible, hybrid and part-time working arrangements are available for the right candidate.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Transfers of equity
You’ll work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong professional relationships. There will also be scope to contribute to business development and client relationship activities, should that interest you.
About You
- 3+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end conveyancing processes
- The ability to manage files independently and work under pressure
- Excellent organisational, drafting, and communication skills
- Confidence using case management systems and MS Office
- A high level of attention to detail and file management standards
- Laundering Regulations
- Experience with landlord and tenant matters or leasehold extensions would be beneficial but is not essential.
