As part of that expansion, the firm is looking to recruit Commercial Solicitors from NQ through to Senior Associate level to join its Manchester office.
Joining a national team of 50+ Commercial lawyers, you'll work alongside recognised specialists advising a diverse client base, including major public sector organisations, household names and ambitious private businesses. The team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercial advice while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where lawyers are encouraged to develop and progress.
This role offers a genuinely varied workload across both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Technology and IT agreements
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- Commercial disputes
- Strategic commercial advisory work across a range of sectors
You'll work alongside highly regarded Partners and experienced lawyers on complex, interesting matters, with plenty of scope to develop your technical expertise and build strong client relationships.
