We’re working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their established practice in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for its expertise, strong client outcomes, and supportive working environment.

The Role

As a Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting solicitors while also progressing your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated matters (depending on experience). This is a hands‑on position offering real responsibility and clear development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting on a caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, or similar)
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical records and evidence
  • Supporting litigation processes and court deadlines
  • Managing files in line with compliance and regulatory standards

About You

  • Previous experience in a Personal Injury
  • Strong understanding of the PI claims process
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
