A highly regarded Midlands-based law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham city centre. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:

  • Contentious Landlord & Tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
  • Acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Boundary disputes
  • General property disputes
  • TOLATA claims
  • Professional negligence claims relating to property

There will also be opportunities to assist the wider litigation team on commercial and general dispute resolution matters where required. The role offers strong client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the firm’s property litigation offering.
