An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ Planning Solicitor to join an expanding team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of planning matters while building your expertise alongside experienced specialists, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 and other statutory agreements
  • Advising clients on a wide range of planning and environmental law matters

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
  • Representing clients in contentious planning matters, including inquiries, hearings, and Judicial Reviews
