Our client, a highly regarded Top 100 practice with an established global presence, is seeking a Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE to join its growing International Dispute Resolution team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team that advises multinational organisations, insurers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border disputes.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of dispute resolution matters with appropriate supervision
- Assisting on complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and legal submissions
- Conducting legal research and advising clients on procedural and substantive legal issues
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas legal representatives
- Supporting mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between NQ and 2 years' PQE
- Experience gained within Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration, Professional Indemnity, Insurance Litigation, or a similar practice area
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- A genuine interest in international and cross-border disputes
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and commercially minded approach
