Our client, a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for an established lender client base. Working as part of a specialist Real Estate Finance team, you will advise on a wide variety of secured lending transactions, acting predominantly for lenders across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate matters. You will manage your own transactions while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex deals, providing exposure to sophisticated financing structures and high-value property transactions. Acting on a broad range of real estate finance transactions on behalf of lender clients. Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation and ancillary finance documents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts. Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-referral across the wider firm. Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate Finance and/or Commercial Property. Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance transactions and commercial property matters. Commercial awareness with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
