Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint Corporate Solicitors from NQ through to Senior Associate level to join its Manchester office.
The Opportunity
You'll advise a broad portfolio of clients, from ambitious owner-managed businesses to major UK and international organisations, working alongside highly regarded partners on a varied caseload.
Your work will include
- Private Equity transactions (the firm's fastest-growing practice area)
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- General corporate advisory work
- High-value transactions, including deals worth up to £300 million
- Supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors
