Your work will cover the full spectrum of commercial and technology arrangements, including:
- Complex outsourcing projects and business-critical supply agreements

Ideally 3-9 years’ PQE gained within a respected commercial or technology practice. Strong experience advising on commercial contracts, technology and contract law. Excellent technical ability, with detailed knowledge of a broad range of commercial and technology agreements. Strong drafting skills and a highly commercial approach to legal advice. A proactive and commercial approach to client service and business development.
