We're working with a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm that is looking to appoint a
Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) into its expanding South West team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking high-quality transactional work, early responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice.
The Opportunity
You'll join a collaborative team of experienced corporate lawyers advising a broad client base, including owner-managed businesses, fast-growth companies, established corporates and institutional clients.
Working closely with a well-respected Corporate Partner who is continuing to expand the firm's presence across the Bristol market, you'll gain exposure to a varied caseload including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Corporate restructures
- Shareholder agreements
- Investments and private equity transactions
- General corporate advisory work
About You
You'll be a qualified Solicitor with around
3+ years' PQE and solid experience handling corporate matters.
You'll also bring
- Strong technical corporate law knowledge
- Confidence managing your own matters while working collaboratively
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A commercial and proactive approach
- An interest in helping grow a successful regional practice
