We’re working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their established practice in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for its expertise, strong client outcomes, and supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting solicitors while also progressing your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated matters (depending on experience). This is a hands-on position offering real responsibility and clear development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on a caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, or similar)
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
