The Opportunity
You'll advise both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of real estate finance matters, supporting transactions involving acquisitions, development funding and refinancing.
The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including

- Specialist and bridging lenders
- Peer-to-peer lenders
- Property developers
- Corporate and individual borrowers
You'll work alongside experienced specialists while taking responsibility for your own matters and building long-term client relationships.

About You
We're keen to speak with solicitors who have
- 2–5 years' PQE
- Experience in Real Estate Finance or exposure to finance transactions within a broader Commercial Property/Real Estate role
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- The confidence to manage matters with minimal supervision
- A commercial mindset and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
