An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ Planning Solicitor to join an expanding team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of planning matters while building your expertise alongside experienced specialists, in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload, including:
- Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 and other statutory agreements
- Advising clients on a wide range of planning and environmental law matters
- Conducting due diligence for property transactions and corporate developments
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Representing clients in contentious planning matters, including inquiries, hearings, and Judicial Reviews
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal support on planning-related issues
- Keeping abreast of changes in planning legislation and case law to ensure clients receive up-to-date advice
