LC Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing firm recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, on the appointment of a Commercial Lawyer in Leeds. This opportunity offers the chance to join a high-performing commercial team within a firm known for its pragmatic, business-focused advice and long-standing client relationships, particularly across the Retail and Technology sectors. With continued growth, the team can offer strong career progression, hybrid working and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
You’ll work with a broad client base, from fast-growing SMEs to established national and international brands, advising on a wide range of commercial matters. The work spans general commercial contracts, technology, IP and data/privacy, providing excellent exposure and development early in your career.
- Supporting on the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a range of commercial agreements (including supply, purchase and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts, and technology agreements)
- Assisting with client advice on day-to-day commercial issues and wider projects
1 years’ PQE within commercial law
An interest in technology, IP or data/privacy work
Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to client service
