Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint

Corporate Solicitors from NQ through to Senior Associate level to join its Manchester office.

The Opportunity

You'll advise a broad portfolio of clients, from ambitious owner-managed businesses to major UK and international organisations, working alongside highly regarded partners on a varied caseload.

Your work will include

  • Private Equity transactions (the firm's fastest-growing practice area)
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • General corporate advisory work
  • High-value transactions, including deals worth up to
  • £300 million
  • Supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors
  • This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative national team of over
