We’re working with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a Principal Associate into its specialist Restructuring & Insolvency team, part of a broader top-tier Banking & Finance practice.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, growing team working on a broad mix of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, with regular collaboration across finance, disputes, and pensions teams.
The role offers exposure to complex, high-value distressed situations and the chance to work with a diverse client base, including banks, alternative lenders, corporates, private equity, and insolvency practitioners.
- Supporting on administrations, liquidations, pre-pack transactions, and asset disposals
- Assisting with contingency planning and restructuring strategy
- Collaborating with pensions, disputes, and sector teams on multi-disciplinary matters
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in restructuring & insolvency.
Understanding of security, banking documentation, and distressed finance structures.
Commercially aware with strong technical grounding in insolvency law.
Interest in business development and building a profile in the restructuring market.
