We're working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint a 2–5 PQE Associate into its growing Real Estate Finance team based in their Birmingham office. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative team acting on a broad range of high-quality transactions for an impressive client base. You'll advise both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of real estate finance matters, supporting transactions involving acquisitions, development funding and refinancing. High street and challenger banks Property developers You'll work alongside experienced specialists while taking responsibility for your own matters and building long-term client relationships. Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions. Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-referral. Keeping up to date with developments in the real estate finance market.
