The Role:
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, restructurings, TUPE, and contractual disputes
- Acting on both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing clear, commercially minded advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with household-name companies
- Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting its continued growth
