Quality Control – Permanent – South Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful Manufacturer for a new Quality Control / QC Technician to join them on a permanent basis. It will suit an experienced, systems driven QC Technician looking for a role on a Monday – Friday day shift.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Product and materials testing
- Record keeping & adherence to SOP
- Investigations and problem solving
- Process improvements
- Assisting with audits
- Support R&D
- Machine calibration
You will be hard working and self-motivated as well as technically astute – able to work independently but also as part of a broader team. Experience in a similar role is essential. You will also need to be physically fit as there will be occasional heavy lifting. You will have good communication skills and be IT literate.
Monday – Friday, day shift. Salary will be based on experience, c£30,000 (DOE). Location requires own transport, but the site is commutable from all parts of Telford as well as Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shifnal etc.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
