We are a well‑established, family‑owned business experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced and motivated digital marketing professional who is eager to make a measurable impact on our online presence and brand performance.
You will take full responsibility for maintaining and optimising two dynamic websites, ensuring our online vision is delivered effectively and contributes directly to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive and effective digital marketing strategy
- Manage, optimise, and maintain product listings across all online marketplaces, including Shopify websites, Amazon, and eBay
- Leverage Google Analytics and other data sources to assess website performance, identify customer behaviour patterns, and inform strategic improvements
- Analyse business performance and market trends, presenting data‑driven recommendations to increase traffic, engagement, and sales
- Conduct thorough competitor research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Support the planning, creation, and delivery of regular email marketing campaigns and social media content
- Produce accurate, detailed reports evaluating the performance of digital marketing initiatives
- Undertake SEO activities, including site audits, testing, and optimisation, to enhance online visibility and overall website performance
- Continuously monitor key digital metrics and provide actionable insights to strengthen engagement and maximise results across all online channels
