We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Project Co‑Ordinator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with our high standards. You will have experience within Civil Engineering or similar to be considered for this opportunity.
You’ll help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service, high‑quality solutions, and a positive, collaborative culture. Your work will directly support company growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating project delivery and order fulfilment to meet time, cost, and quality targets
- Managing work orders from initiation through to completion
- Issuing quotations and securing variation orders for expired quotes, extras, and changes
- Providing rapid, friendly, and effective responses to customer enquiries
- Working closely with the Technical team to resolve issues and support project delivery
- Understanding contracts and ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- Supporting contractors by understanding construction projects, technical drawings, and RAMS
- Ensuring all projects align with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Making quick, commercial decisions to keep projects moving and ensure on‑site completion
- Building strong relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and future enquiries
