- Fabrication Oversight: Provide daily technical leadership within an active workshop environment, managing both in-house teams and specialist external partners.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Take projects from initial design review through to site survey, fabrication, and final installation.
- Quality & Compliance: Act as the final sign-off for structural integrity and aesthetic finish, ensuring all builds meet safety and technical specifications.
- Commercial Accuracy: Generate precise build estimates and manage project spend, identifying risks early to maintain delivery efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: A strong background in Design & Build, Technical Project Management, or high-end fabrication.
- Technical Literacy: You must be able to interrogate CAD drawings and 3D models with a critical eye for "buildability."
- Material Knowledge: Extensive understanding of timber, metal, and composite fabrication processes.
- Site Savvy: Experience conducting site surveys and managing the logistical constraints of complex installations.
- Backgrounds: We welcome applications from those with experience in experiential builds, high-end commercial fit-outs, exhibition stands, or temporary architectural installations.
Join a solution-led team that prides itself on technical excellence and high-quality production. If you have the technical confidence to lead complex builds from paper to reality, we want to hear from you.
